All international buyer’s will be responsible for all fees and documentation as required to the Customs and other authorities and shipping destination. We will provide an invoice. Please do not request for extra paperwork.
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30-days return policy for defective items only.
We will only pay return shipping for defective items. Besides the defective items, the shipping for all other returns will be paid by the buyer.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN WITHOUT PHOTOS, to proof reason of return.
Do not send any return without letting us know. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number, as well as provide tracking information and return shipping address.
Do not remove warranty sticker / permanent signatures unless the item is in warranty or you are satisfied from the item.
For all non-defective items, the buyer is responsible to provide the seller with the tracking number, in case of lost/return item, no refund will be issued.
We are the sellers and every part is listed with manufactures part numbers and pictures. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the part is compatible. All unauthorized or non-defective returns (example: wrong part ordered, wrong quantity ordered, change mind, do not need anymore, my device is not compatible, this part does not fit in my device/machine, description does not matche, I found a better price elsewhere, my customer does not like it, my customer is not satisfied, I thought it will fit in my device, I opened and checked this part number does not match with mine, etc.) will be subject to deduction of both side shipping charges from actual refund.

All parts are security etched/sign. DO NOT use our parts for testing /troubleshooting purposes as refunds will not be given.
If item arrives damaged by the carrier, please reject shipment and contact us immediately. If you do receive the package, submit clear images of the packaging/box and damaged item from multiple angles. DO NOT discard the packaging. Save packaging for carrier claim. Carrier will often come back to pick up the shipment. We cannot file a claim without the packaging and proper images. Thank you for your help and understanding.
Before shipping, all of our parts are tested through product specialist signature on the part and we log checklist, photos, and videos in our quality folder.
Please package return items well in working condition as we shipped. Broken parts will be not return.
All returns are retested for functionality, and we are making sure this was the original part we sent to the customers, if the item is found in working condition, both side of shipping will be deducting from actual refund.
All computers come with 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Under warranty claim, please contact us in case of any questions, comments, or concerns. Exceptions: Any hardware or software modification will void the warranty.
For computers, we offer a 30-day Money Back warranty from the date of purchase on any item that is considered defective. Parts are 30 Days warranty only.

Once RMA is initiated, we will cover return shipping costs if applicable. For defective items, we will ship a replacement item or system at no additional cost if the product is available in our inventory. Buyer’s responsibility is to verify the make model for compatibility with your device/computer and do your own research or ask question(s) before purchase. If you buy and the item is not compatible with the buyer’s item, buyer must pay for both way shipping.
ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE ON ITEMS FOR RETURN. IF SIGNATURE IS REMOVED, OPEN RETAIL PACKAGING, OR TEMPED, THEN RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.
